The shower also served as a gender reveal party as guests were informed that the two will be expecting a baby boy. “For this child, I prayed for. 1st Samuel 1:27. Isssa baby boy,” Risper announced.

Speaking on the baby shower, Risper said “It’s been a great day I am so happy, the love. My parents came all the way from home to be with me. It’s so amazing and I am so happy.”

In an earlier interview with Pulse Magazine Risper disclosed that they would blend their names to come up with a unique name for their little bundle of joy “We both decided to be creative. We will fuse our names and come up with a name for the baby. That must be unique, right?”

During the same interview, the expectant mother disclosed that she is coping well with her new role as a wife and mum-to-be. “Being a wife comes with lots of responsibilities and more so the thought of being a new mother. I have been taking a lot of my time taking care of my husband and the unborn (child). They both need my attention. Besides my eating habits have changed. I crave for savoury food like crisps. At night, I crave for my man. I like him around me,” she told the magazine.
