He has no time for slackers and bringing you’re A-game is a must but he is also the kind of boss that recognizes improvement in his employees and shows appreciation for his employees.

Speaking to Drum Magazine one of his former back up dancers Lava Lava who is now a Wasafi singer had this to say about working with Diamond and having a star of his status as a boss.
“It was hard because he is very serious about his work and respects it immensely. He expects you to bring your A-game.” He said before going to show some love for his boss “He is a good mentor and guide, and he will recognize improvement and reward you for it. I thank God that we have worked well together, the management treats me well.”
So how did Lava Lava meet up and end up working for Diamond.
“An old friend who had been Diamond’s dancer called me and said that there was an opening at Wasafi Records. I thought he was joking so I dilly dallied, but he was persistent. I went and met with the heads of Wasafi Records and here I am today." He said.
