Political analyst and KTN’s Point Blank show host Tony Gachoka has been forced to apologize to city lawyer Donald Kipkorir after sending out an unwelcome tweet.
It all started when the TV host sent out a tweet to Lawyers Ahmednasir, Gitobu Imanyara and Paul Muite saying that people did not know they are friends and they have also never charged him for legal services.
He went on to say that he hoped Donald Kipkorir will not start charging legal him legal fees when English Premier League club Liverpool wins the league cup.

“@ahmednasirlaw Kenyans don’t know we are good friends you’ve never charged me a shilling for legal advice. @GitobuImanyara & @Paul_Muite also have not! Since I am a Liverpool supporter @LFC who shall win the league, I hope you don’t start charging when we win @DonaldBKipkorir,” tweeted Gachoka.
His words seem not to have settled well with Lawyer Kipkorir who asked to know any one instance he has charged Gachoka for any legal work he had done for him.
“TG, and when have I ever raised a Fee Note for all the legal work I have done for you? Are throwing me under the bus?” asked Donald Kipkorir.

Tony Gachoka was then forced to apologize over his remarks stating that he (Donald) had never charged him for legal services.
He went on to say that he had handled many of Gachoka’s cases including during the times when retired President Daniel Moi’s government wanted to jail him.
“@DonaldBKipkorir I apologize you have never charged me a single cent and you have handled not one but many of my briefs when KANU tried to jail me @Paul_Muite @GitobuImanyara @ahmednasirlaw call u the Dohn still,” wrote Gachoka.
