William Osewe was shot in December last year by his friend turned enemy Tom Oywa Mboya. The two had a confrontation because of a woman.

The proprietor of the famous Ronalo foods eatery on Kimathi was shot three times when he confronted Tom Oywa Mboya at Hagon fish restaurant near Rosters along Thika road in early December 2016.

Mboya shot Osewe after a heated argument; the latter confronted the former to ask him what his wife and him were planning.

Mboya fired three bullets in rapid succession after Osewe threatened him to shoot when he drew his Ceska pistol. The shooter fled the scene while Osewe was rushed to Aga Khan Hospital where his life was saved.

Two months after the shooting incident, Osewe threw a party at his home to celebrate his recovery. The bash which was held on Saturday 4 February was attended by the likes of Radio Jambo’s Gidi Gidi among other persons.
