Singer speaks on viral UK interview [Video]

Wizkid remained silent in the face of the accusations until one of his followers tweeted the unedited version of the interview.

The Starboy boss made the statement during a recent interview with an International Media house in the UK with DJ Semtex, saying that one of his ways of giving back to Nigerians is by performing for free or charging next to nothing for the shows.

The interview soon went viral and Nigerians were quick to call him out for his statement which they claimed was false.

All except one attentive fan.

The clip showed that Wizkid stated that the free shows were at the African Shrine in Lagos, Nigeria.
