This was after the radio presenter expressed her displeasure with the rapper’s new song called ‘Stick’ in which he uses too much sexual words.
She went on to question how she would even start introducing the song on her show, yet the artistes want Kenyan music to be played on radio and TV.
“How do I even back announce this song on-air???? Support Kenyan music activists leteni opinions na mawe.. @bettymuteikyallo what’s there to dance to? NON...NON...NONSENSE!!!” wrote Ms. Massawe.
The BlueInk Records boss then shared a version of comedian Eric Omondi in which he used funny words.
In the comments, Khaligraph then said he had known Massawe for long, and she has always been a hater of local music.
“uyu @massawejapanni akwende uko mbali, umekua hater kuanzia kitambo si ati sikujui bure kabisa wewe,” wrote Khaligraph
Papa Jones’ words come in the wake of a heated debate with artistes accusing radio and TV presenters of not promoting local content.
He started the conversation while in Nigeria when he attended the Sound City MVP Awards last week.
