Royal Media Services (RMS) Citizen TV has unveiled two new presenters who will replace former breakfast show presenters Joy Muthengi and Fred Indimuli, who quit the station last year.

In the new line up, former NTV news anchor Trevor Ombija and KTN’s Youth Café host Zindzi Kibiku will co-host Citizen TV’s Day Break alongside Sam Gituku, Willis Raburu, Kimani Mbugua and Waihiga Mwaura.
Trevor joined Citizen TV late last year and he has been hosting the Monday Report alongside Waihiga Mwaura and Mashirima Kapombe.
“We are about to spice up your mornings! on #DayBreak every weekday on @citizentvkenya,” wrote Trevor Ombija in the video he shared on Instagram.
Zindzi Kibiku on the other hand joined the RMS a few days ago and she is yet to make her debut on the S. K. Macharia owned media house.

Ms. Kibiku was the host of KTN's Morning Express alongside Mike Gitonga and worked with the Standard Group TV station from 2015 when she joined as an intern and grew through the ranks to become a news anchor.
Joy Muthengi, Indimuli quit
This comes just a few months after Joy Muthengi who was part of the Day Break team resigned over what was said to be a conflict of interest.
She currently works with the VoA.
Fred Indimuli on his part quit Citizen TV and later on joined the Mediamax’s K24 TV where he currently works.
