The annual Fashion High Tea, took place this Saturday (March 3) and it was everything and then some.
Bringing together Nairobi’s fashion lovers, the colorful event kicked off at Zen Garden in Spring Valley, and despite the rain, still managed to weather the storm and become another hit for the glamorous event.
Guests got to indulge in an array of sweet and savory delicacies ranging from sushi to chocolate tartes. The chicken wings were divine and so was the décor.
From the huge red flower wreath – not the funeral kind – that was clearly a hit for photo snapping to the pink low hanging flower arrangements by the runway; it didn’t disappoint.
Speaking of the runway, the fashion show was anything but boring. Various designers got to showcase pieces from their collections under the bright and colorful runway.
While of course, the event was fun, the most important aspect of it was that all the proceeds from the tickets went to the Hope and Faith Center fro the disabled in Kiambu County.
Here are some more photos from the event:
All in all the crowd was fantastic, the food was amazing, the fashion was spectacular and the cause made it even more worth it.
