The evil man tied the child to a tree and set her backside and legs on fire
The 2-year-old girl was not wearing a diaper as she was being potty trained. However, instead of using the bathroom, she pooped on the floor.

After doing so several times, the uncle decided to punish the child to teach her not to do so again.
The evil man tied the child to a tree and set her backside and legs on fire. Neighbors were able to rescue the child and she was taken to a hospital.
The uncle was arrested and the child, who was malnourished and forced to sleep on the floor, was handed over to child protective services.
