Running stomach

“I have always had problems all over my body and more so my stomach. In fact, whenever I take any meal, I start having a running stomach. I have visited many hospitals in vain. That is why I resorted to traditional medicine and the mganga advised me to be using the bhang,” he told the court in his defence.

Mwerese was released on a cash bail of Sh5,000 pending hearing on July 12.
