Father forced to shoot his son as an act of self defense

The two got into an arguement that resulted to the death of the son

The police say that the 55-year-old father will not be charged for killing his son in what they defined as self-defense.

The deceased and the bereaved according to Daily Mail got into a heated argument that turned physical. The father, Brenton James in his statement explained that his son Kobe Hoyle had a criminal history, having been arrested in September this year on charges of vandalism, evading arrest and impersonation.

In this unfortunate fight, Hoyle had threatened to rob him and injured his father on the face.
