Kidnapper who made pepper soup with intestines of victim nabbed by police

Roland Peter, a member of a notorious kidnapping ring in Rivers State, has been arrested by the police for the murder of a clergyman named Pastor Samuel Okpara.

The suspect who is now being considered a cannibal reportedly used the intestines of the victim to make pepper soup which he served to his gang.

According to reports, Peter abducted and beheaded the pastor on Tuesday, August 15, 2017, in Edoha located in Ahoada East Local Government Area of the state.

Zaki Ahmed, the state police commissioner confirmed the arrest to newsmen while parading the suspect and 22 others at the police headquarters in Port Harcourt.

He added that Peter was found with some rifles which is believed to be used by the gang members who are known for their acts of terror.
