Yep, you read that right.
Blow it baby girl.
It sounds very bizarre, but: blow drying your lady parts after sex helps women who often suffer from vaginal infections.
In her new book, "The Complete A to Z for Your V", gynecologist Dr Alyssa Dweck explains blow drying your vulva can help reduce your risk of yeast infections.
While not considered a sexually transmitted disease, yeast infections like thrush and vaginitis can uncomfortable and triggered by sex.
Dr Dweck says you should rinse down there after sex, and then blow dry your lady parts– on the cool setting, of course.
The slightly bizarre act helps get rid of moisture which is a breeding ground for bacteria.
The fact that this proposal can be quite useful is also confirmed by German experts. "In fact, men exchange a lot of bacilli with their partners during the sex. These thrive in damp, warm vaginal clitoris " says sexual therapeutin Beatrice Wagner from Icking.
"Normally our immune system is finished with it. But anyone who is prone to vaginal infections should prevent them and therefore use the hair dryer, even if it sounds unusual. "
"After sex wash off the outer vaginal area with clear water and dry it with cold air dry. However, a towel is enough," says the expert.
"And do not exaggerate. A vagina that is too dry is also not good, its interior should remain moist. "
