According to a source who spoke to a local daily, a member of the Opposition has been divulging secret information to Jubilee.
The source disclosed that the latest was NASA leader Raila Odinga's withdrawal from the presidential race, which was leaked to President Uhuru Kenyatta even before it was made official.
"President Uhuru Kenyatta was the first one to speak about Raila’s withdrawal from the race two days before while he was at the Coast.
"Then it was a chorus from other Jubilee leaders and their social media spin doctors. We suspect we have moles in our midst or Uhuru is using National Intelligence Service to penetrate our operations,” the source was quoted by the Standard.
Prior to the announcement, Kenyatta had already hinted that the former Prime Minister would withdraw his candidature ahead of the October 26 Election.
This was followed by Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen who echoed the President's sentiment on live television.
Odinga would later announce his withdrawal from the presidential race on Tuesday.
However, IEBC has now announced that Odinga did not withdraw from the race since he did not sign the required form 24A.
The electoral body has also maintained that Election will proceed as planned and allowed other candidates to participate.
