Struggling with flabby arms? Or maybe you’ve been trying to convert that pesky muffin top into a nice set of abs but can’t seem to get it quite right.

You’re in luck because celebrity trainer Corey Calliet dished out on some secrets to get the perfect butt, toned arms and a great set of abs.

The results of Corey’s work are evident in international celebrities such as Black panther star Michael B Jordan and is regularly featured on Khloe Kardashian’s weight loss show Revenge Body – so you know it works.

Corey spoke to Madame Noire and pointed out where most women go wrong when trying to work on the Triple A’s – Ass, Arms and Abs.

Arms

For the arms he recommended focusing on squeezing and elongation of the muscles when performing any arm exercises.

“If you be consistent with it, it will change.”

Abs

The perfect balance between time spent working out in the gym and the type of food eaten will determine the types of abs that you want to have.

“Abs aren’t made in the gym. They’re made in the kitchen,” Corey advised.

A balanced diet, inclusive of carbs, the right fats and protein should do the trick when it comes to achieving the perfect abs.

Sugar, fried foods and sodas are to be avoided at all costs.

Bonus tip from Corey: Drinking water is the secret to getting rid of excessive fat in the body.

Ass

Squats, lunges and leg-presses. That was Corey’s advice on getting the perfect butt.
