Temporary locs are perfect for ladies who want to experiment the style, without necessarily committing to the dreadlocks lifestyle which is not easy. Maintaining real dreadlocks is not a cheap affair and it takes patience. But, thanks to the prowess of modern-day hairdressers, one can now get temporary locs which look just like the actual locs, and I'm not talking about the faux locs hairstyle, but something more similar to real dreadlocks.

Local fashion blogger, Sharon Mwangi who is currently rocking the style shared deets on the style. Though her Instagram page, she posted:

"I've been receiving a ton of questions about my hair and I thought I'd do a post with all the answers."

She went ahead to point out that the style had different prices, ranging from 6,000-9,000Ksh depending on the length. According to the bubbly blogger, the locs are very light, not painful and can last for over eight months with proper care. Another advantage of the style is that you can go for a pop of color and curls and if that tickles your fancy.

You could also adorn the temporary locs with beads and other braid accessories. Plus, this style is perfect for anyone, young to old and can be rocked on both formal and informal setups.
