All the inspiration you need to get that bikini bod

Was one of your 2018 resolutions to hit the gym? If so, how's that going?

Let me guess, you probably have gym brochures somewhere in the house. You meant to start, but you got lazy or just procrastinated? Yeah...it happens to the best of us.

More and more Nairobians are embracing fitness. In the morning and evenings, you'll find people jogging, gyms are packed and people are opting for healthier options when it comes to meals. Keeping fit is necessary, not just to get a hot bikini bod that will make all the boys say "she's got the juice" but also for health benefits.

If all you need to start working out is a little dose of inspiration, then Kenyan fitness enthusiast and Vlogger Mitchelle Adagala is all the inspo you need.

Mitchelle, through her YouTube channel, says that for her, fitness is not a journey, but a lifestyle. Here, she shares workout motivation with others who aspire to get into the fit and fab lifestyle. She started working out in 2011 at home as she didn't have access to a gym. Four years later, in March 2015, she joined a gym and seriously started working out and in six months, she had already started seeing the changes and as they say, the rest is history.

Now, she's a fitness influencer with a following of over 40,000 on Instagram.

Mitchelle's work out routine comprises of weight lifting, kick boxing, martial arts as well as boxing. Seriously though, I wouldn't mind having her as my work out partner. I'd probably have a phat a** in a month or so and kiss my pancake goodbye.

If these photos will not motivate you to start working out, nothing will.
