Out here living her best life and no critic is going to tear her down.

Dance choreographer Renee Karanja has changed since her Sakata days.

The former Sakata judge is now a body builder, boasting a more athletic physique.

Renee posted a photo of her now transformed body, urging everyone to be true to themselves and not live by society’s standards.

“It takes a lot of courage to be yourself in a society that expects you to live by its standards. Don’t trade your authenticity for approval. Stand brave. BE YOU,” she captioned the photo.

She has previously been vocal, on her social media, about critics trying to discourage her from pursuing her passion telling her that lifting weights would make her look manly.

Comments to which she was clearly unbothered with and simply responded saying: “Oh well, so be it”.
