Oedema is the swelling of certain body parts due to high water retention. Swelling is normally experienced in the feet, knees and hands.

5.Kidneys

Too much salt intake can affect the functioning of the kidneys. Kidneys help to remove waste, balance fluid levels and control the production of red blood cells in the body.

6.Bloating
