Continual text neck causes toxins to get hoarded which then increases the risk of cancer especially of the stomach, diabetes, hypertension and other lifestyle diseases.
Text neck and the recurring consequences become major contributory facts to the chances of getting cancer.
If no changes are made, it could lead to degenerative diseases.
However, you can make changes before things get much worse.
