The top two things that are guaranteed to make you happy

Here they are.

Well a particular research published in The Telegraph may be of a different opinion.

The research, done by Oxford Economics and the National Centre for Social Research, claims that sleep and sex are the only two things guaranteed to make you happier than being rich.

From the findings of the study, “a quadrupled salary led to only negligible increases in happiness, especially when compared to getting a good night’s sleep or having a good sex life”.

More than 8000 people participated in the study and it was revealed that someone satisfied with their sex life scored seven points higher on the happiness index.

Those that had better sleep scored 15 points higher.
