Baking without a grill

If you’re cooking something in the oven always make sure to put it on the grill instead of just placing it on the pan. Placing your meat on the pan directly will be counteractive seeing that the oil is not draining but just being soaked up on your meat.

Using wrong oils to cook

Use the right oils when cooking. For instance, use olive oil for salad dressings and the regular oils such as sunflower oils and coconut for grilling and sautéing food.

Not using spices

Spices in place of fats, sugar and salt can help in losing weight. They are also good for boosting health, contain antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.
