Buy your food in bulk – and no we don’t mean 3 kgs of fish in your fridge – maybe enough for a week or two. Cook and freeze the food to make planning easier and to help save on costs.
One great place to buy food in bulk is the local market as compared to buying a few pieces of chicken one day and having to go buy more food within two days.
