JKIA named most improved airport in Africa
Jomo Kenyatta International Airport has been named the most improved airport in...
The recognition was made based off of responses from passengers through the Airport Service Quality survey.
Speaking through a statement released on Wednesday Kenya Airports Authority Managing Director Jonny Andersen said that the award helped prove how much measures are being taken to improve the services at the airport.
“The benefits of all agencies working as a team are clear to see. We still have a lot to do but I believe that we are on the right track,” he said.
JKIA won in the Best Improvement by Region – Africa category.
Casablanca Airport was named the best airport in Africa with over two million passengers per year. Mauritius and Durban followed closely behind it.
The ACI and ACQ survey sort out the experiences of passengers from more than 340 airports worldwide
