In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD removes a dilated pore of Winer that looks just like a sticky nugget of tar. And its stubborn as all hell.

In the clip, Dr. Lee nicks the surface of the growth to give the contents a little wiggle room. She then takes a comedone extractor and pushes on the dilated pore of Winer to try and free it.

Sometimes these have been stuck here for a while, so it takes a little elbow grease, Dr. Lee tells the patient as she pushes down hard. She then moves on to use a blade-like tool to try and flick the compacted contents out.

This is gonna be a sticky one, the famed dermatologist says. I know. I can see it right there.

Dr. Lee is finally able to release the black contents with her tweezers, lifting out a growth that looks like a sticky ball of tar. It's fabulously disgusting.

A dilated pore of Winer essentially a large blackhead, which is defined by having keratin plug in a single enlarged pore surrounded by normal skin. This means the large crater left behind by this extraction is actually a single pore that has been stretched from the compacted contents gathering inside. And you thought you had big pores...
