In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper is giving fans a two-for-one deal.
First, Dr. Lee pops a "roly poly" cyst from her patients neck.
Then, she goes on to remove multiple blackheads from a treasure trove of a nose.

Dr. Pimple Popper is back with another Instagram video, but this time, she's got more than one treat for her followers. In the video, the dermatologist and host of her of TLC show whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee has to remove a patient's neck cyst , but then, she moves on to a collection nose blackheads giving her "popaholic" fans a two-for-one upload.

In the first part of the video, Dr. Lee has a patient with a neck cyst that needs removing. Carefully, she cuts into the growth before going in with her comedo extractor tool. As she presses into her patient's skin, the tiny cyst pops out perfectly round and intact just like a "roly poly" according to the dermatologist's Instagram caption.

However, it's not the only satisfying pop she gave fans. The dermatologist then moves on to a patient's nose blackheads . Using the same type of extraction tool, Dr. Lee applies firm pressure to the patient's blackheads, and the oil and dead skin inside comes out in thick strips. There's plenty of under-the-skin bumps, and Dr. Lee eliminates several before the clip ends.
