In a new YouTube video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pulls out a thick pancake-like lipoma from a patients back. This procedure will certainly make you want to skip breakfast...

In the clip, which Dr. Lee titles "A Fluffy Pancake Lipoma," the famed derm makes an incision into the bulging back growth. She then uses her fingers and some surgical scissors to free the mass from internal structures. Dr. Lee explains to the patient that she does this to try and pop the lipoma out whole, which makes it very unlikely the mass will return. And it works. Dr. Lee pulls on the growth, easing it out in one full jiggly piece.

After stitching the patient up, she shows him the fatty mass, comparing it to a chicken cutlet. In the caption of the clip, she changes her food-related description, calling the mass a buttermilk pancake.

Ive never really been keen on pancakes, one fan commented. Now I'm definitely not!
