Kim Kardashian to pay 4.6 Million to surrogate mother

The socialite's cannot give birth as health condition makes it life threatening.

Kim Kardashian has a life threatening conditon called Placenta Accreta.

Placenta accreta is a condition that occurs during pregnancy where the placenta grows deep into the uterine wall. It can lead to premature deliveries and life threatening haemmorrage during labour as it tears deeper into the uterus and other organs.

Kim has two babies (North West and Saint) with legendary rapper Kanye West and is looking forward to another one. Only this time, with a surrogate mother.

According to TMZ today, Kim and Kanye have entered a contract with a surrogate to have another child. The lucky woman who will get to birth a multibillion baby will be paid the following:

-- $45,000 (KES 4.6Million) in 10, $4,500 (KES466,335) monthly installments

-- If there are multiples, the surrogate gets $5000 (KES 518,150) for each additional kid

-- If the surrogate loses reproductive organs, she gets $4,000 (KES414,520)

Kim and Kanye are also required to deposit $68,850 (KES7,134,925) with the agency.

All this money comes with a few rules.

The surrogate cannot go in hot tubs or saunas, cannot handle or change cat litter, apply hair dye, drink more than one caffeinated beverage per day or eat raw fish.

She is required to refrain from smoking, drinking and drugs during the pregnancy. She also agrees to restrict sexual activities in the weeks leading up to the pregnancy, including foregoing sexual intercourse for 3 weeks following embryo implantation.

The agreement provides that Kim and Kanye "assume the legal and parental responsibilities for any child ... that may possess any congenital or other abnormalities or defects."
