Lawyer angers Kenyans for wanting to dump man that educated her

Apparently he does not match up to her standards

Writing to the advice column of a local newspaper she revealed that the man had catered for her basic needs ever since they met when she was 16 years old; taking up odd jobs to ensure she was educated.

“He sold fruit on the street so that he could pay my school fees. He later got a job as a truck driver and sent me to university,” she revealed.

Despite all that however, she said that she does not feel as though she can marry him because he is not her type.

“I want somebody in my own class not a truck driver,” she said.

She did however acknowledge the efforts that the man put in throughout the years to get her to where she was in life.

“I am grateful that he sent me to school but I can’t be in a relationship with him anymore.”

Her parents both died when she was 14 years old and she had to drop out of school due to lack of school fees.
