Following the trend, memes and jokes were created with some Kenyan men expressing their resolve to move to Rwanda after the photos went viral.
At the same time, others who do not have an understanding of French, were disappointed to learn a majority of the ladies communicate in French.

Many had creative ideas of how the two countries could work together to improve the relations hence get the advantage of marrying the Rwandese ladies
A ranking conducted by afrojuju.com placed Rwandese ladies at position one as the most beautiful women in Africa.
In 2014, Rwanda President Paul Kagame's daughter - Ange Kagame - grabbed the attention of many with her beauty after she posed for a picture with former US President Barack Obama and his wife Mitchelle at the White House.
