Cardi B Recovered From Her Bonnaroo Wardrobe Malfunction Like Only Cardi Could

Cardi B Had A Major Wardrobe Malfunction
  • Cardi B suffered a wardrobe malfunction while performing on-stage at Bonnaroo over the weekend.
  • This was her first performance after cancelling numerous shoes to do complications from plastic surgery.
  • Cardi took the wardrobe malfunction in stride, reappearing on stage in a robe.

Cardi B was the talk of Bonnaroo this past weekend, with her 45-minute set that left the crowd going crazy. Not just for her bangers, but because of a wardrobe malfunction that she totally turned into an iconic moment to be remembered.

It was her first performance after cancelling a number of shows due to complications from plastic surgery . She showed off pictures of her swollen feet to prove that she was having issues. (She also vowed that she will NEVER get plastic surgery again because of it.) But it's not the first time she'd had issues from cosmetic procedures either-she previously opened up about how she once got butt injections that leaked .

But all of that was behind her on Sunday when she took the stage at Bonaroo. According to The Tennessean , Cardi's performance started out with her in a super cute sparkly bodysuit. But shortly into her set, it ripped.

I just wanna let yall know that my outfit rip, she told her audience. She kept performing for a few more minutes before disappearing from the stage. She had the song Old Town Road blasting as she made a quick outfit change...and she eventually re-emerged in a white bathrobe.

Here's why Cardi says she's never getting plastic surgery again:

We gonna keep it moving, baby, she said. We gonna keep it sexy. I dont know how in this [expletive] robe, but we gonna do it!

She finished out her set, and apparently stuck to a mantra of Keep it moving during the whole thing. She is NO quitter. Respect, Cardi! You killed it and looked fly doing .
