After new promo photos dropped, fans started putting on their detective caps and trying to figure out who is coming to the ballroom and competing for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy this year.
The new teaser photo shared to Instagram gave a few potential clues. It shows a blurred, black-and-white figure holding an emoji paddle in front of her face. The silhouette looks familiar: Could it be Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller ?
It's possible, and here's why: Abby has worn big rings just like the hand in the photo, and the hair in the silhouette doesn't look unlike one of her wigs too. ICYMI: Abby went to jail and battled cancer in recent years and is in a wheelchair now , which would make her a very unique contestant. However, her nails tend to be longer than those in the image. Still, commenters remained hopeful, "Okay but like if thats Abby Lee Miller, DWTS is gonna be lit".

The DancingABC account encouraged followers to share who they want dancing this fall. "We cant wait to sing these names from the rooftops! Who do YOU want to see in the #DWTSballroom this season?"
There are some very fun answers coming in. Among them are recent Bachelorette Hannah Brown , retired hockey star Wayne Gretzky, model and TV host Tyra Banks, and many more celebs of varying fame.
Others offered up who they don't want to see on the dance floor. "Please Tell Me There Arent Any The Bachelorette / The Bachelor Contestants. THEY CANT DANCE"
The official Dancing With the Stars cast announcement is coming next week on Good Morning America, during the Aug. 21 show. Put that date in your calendar, stat.
