Her patient may not be able to see them, the blackheads are located on the back of her neck, but the doc and viewers will have no problem locating them. The blackheads are huge and look like googly eyes on the back of her head.
The video starts out with a prime view of the blackhead duo. Dr. Pimple Popper immediately stabs at her patient's neck. Don't worry, she has her scalpel in hand and needs to nick the blackheads to prime them for squeezing.
As she's working, her patient chats away. So getting older is like being drunk," the doctor says. Her patient agrees, "You feel drunk when you walk." Her patient may not look like she has eyes in the back of her head anymore, but I'm pretty sure she's just fine with that.
