Gabrielle Union Shared Her Tough Pre-AGT Workout

Gabrielle Union is bringing it onand bringing it (a.k.a. her workouts) to a whole new level. The actress, wife, mother, and America's Got Talent judge just posted her pre-show exercise routine on Instagram and, tbh, my arms are already shaking from secondhand fatigue.

But not Gabrielle's. While "Stayin' Alive' and "September" played in the background, the 46-year-old completed her workout effortlessly. Starting out with kettlebell swings, Gabrielle captioned the video, "Let's goooo. It's an @agt day, let's gooooo."

She then moved onto cable crossovers, and captioned this portion of the workout, "let's get stronger folks." Peep the determination in her eyes. Nothing is coming between her and these gains.

Then Gabrielle moves over to the TRX for what looks to be a killer arm workout.

Next up: leg curls using the Swiss ball . Gabrielle captioned the photo, "I hate these." But it looks like she's keeping up just fine. You go, Gabrielle.

Last but not least, the actress closes out with a few moves that look particularly killer: First, she pulls off a weighted hip thrust using a sandbag, and then she grabs that same sandbag for a weighted overhead reach.

Finally, Gabrielle closes out her workout with a quad hold in which she tests her balance by lifting alternating feet.
