Singer Nicole Scherzinger, a former member of The Pussycat Dolls and a judge on Australia's Got Talent, was recently photographed in Australia in a glam dress that showed off her toned legs in a thigh-high slit. Exhibit A:

Nicole's new gig has her sitting and judging most of the timeso what is she doing off-screen to stay so strong?

While in Australia, Nicole has been mixing up her routine with outdoor sessions and in-studio workouts, per Metro . She was photographed leaving a Barry's Bootcamp location in Sydney and practicing yoga by the sea.

Nicole also shares her hardcore workouts via her Instagram account on the reg. This summer, she added a video clip from a serious sweat session. In the video, she completes a series of compound moves with lunges, jumps, and weights. Her burpee variation is totally bonkers: She hops on one leg and holds dumbbells in each hand.

She doesn't take her fitness too seriously, though, as her kettle bell move transforms into twerking pretty quickly. Nicole added a motivating caption: "Not every workout is as fun as this one was, but get out there and get to it any way!" She also does treadmill sprints and hops on the spin bike for cardio.

No word on if she works out to old The Pussycat Dolls songs or not.
