Padma added one quick question to the photo series: "Which way to the beach? ." No matter where she goes, she's looking super fit in her bright pink string bikini. That flexed bicep emoji is spot on, but she's also clearly been flexing many more muscles. Her abs, legs, and everything are oh so toned.

So, what are Padma's stay fit secrets? Well, they're not so secret. Padma's go-to sweat sesh during self-isolation has been jumping rope , she previously told Women's Health.
Padma's healthy diet also plays a role. "I think the best rule of thumb is to eat foods as close to nature as possible," she told Women's Health . That rings true from her go-to breakfast drink (unsweetened tea) to her preferred dessert (fruits like blackberries, watermelon, pomegranates, and tangerines).
Padma keeps cooking reasonable, too. "We cook one fresh meal a day in our home and that's usually for dinner," she told Women's Health. "I purposely cook extra so that I will have enough for lunch."
