According to a police report TMZ got ahold of, Lindsie (who is estranged from her dad) said that Todd and her brother, Chase, harassed and threatened her over an alleged sex tape.
In the report, Lindsie said that Todd and Chase wanted her to lie about an incident and if she refused to do so, they were going to release the sex tape involving her.
Lindsie said her brother claimed that he bought the tape, and that there is an ongoing issue with her family threatening and harassing her.
Chase denied the claims in a statement to People , and so did Toddand thats when things got seriously juicy. Its heartbreaking and shameful that these kinds of accusations have to be aired in public, Todd said in a statement to People. We have tried to keep Lindsies extramarital relationships with Robby Hayes and Josh Murray private for her sake since August of 2016. ... Sadly, for reasons we can only guess at, she ran to the sheriffs office to accuse her brother of buying a sex tape of her and Robby, which was a complete lie, and now shes telling more lies about me. Although our hearts are broken, Lindsie is our daughter and we will always love her.
Okay, hold up a sec here. In case you cant remember who these guys are, Robby Hayes is the one who loved to talk about his role as a social media influencer on Bachelor in Paradise after he originally was the runner up on JoJo Fletchers season of The Bachelorette. Hes been on BiP twice, and dated Amanda Stanton for a while after pursuing her on the show, before she broke things off because he allegedly cheated on her.
As for Josh, he actually became engaged to Bachelorette star Andi Dorfman on her season of the show, but the two later broke up. (Andi alleged in her memoir that Josh was emotionally abusive.) He coincidentally also went on to date Amanda, and the two also had a nasty split.
But back to those affair claims...Lindsie didnt exactly deny the allegations in a statement from her lawyer Musa Ghanayem to People.
Lindsie would like nothing more than to be left alone and go about her own business, the statement said. Unfortunately, certain members of her family will not let her live in peace. We are flabbergasted at the audacity of Todd and Chase Chrisley, who are more focused on attacking my client rather than defending themselves against the allegations of criminal conduct. While it is not necessary to detail their repugnant actions, it is important to note that the allegations are of serious crimes against Lindsie. Lindsie has made a complaint of their acts to law enforcement, and she will provide them whatever they need in the course of their investigation into her familys actions. Lindsie prays for a just outcome so that she can go forward with her life safe from those who are looking to do her harm.
Neither Josh nor Robby have commented on the allegations on social media.
