The DCI officer is said to have bragged of how well connected he was and threatened that he could affect the transfer of the OCS from the station.

He abused the OCS of being a fool and there was nothing that he could do to him. He even threatened of being able to initiate a transfer of the Ocs at once,” read the report filed under OB number 21/21/04/2019.

After the OCS effected his arrest, Mwita is said to have introduced himself as a police officer attached to DCI headquarters Nairobi.
