Joho's hug leaves Kenyans talking [PHOTOS]
Joho leaves tongue wagging for publicly displaying affection
Mr. Joho, Omar (of Wiper party) and Shabhal (of Jubilee party) left onlookers glaring when they publicly hugged during the Eid Ul Fitr prayers at the Ronald Ngala Primary School grounds.
The three leaders who have been at loggerheads seemed to have set their differences aside and publicly displayed affection as they marked the end of Ramadhan.
Those around them seized the opportunity to take photos while some were left staring.
A few weeks ago, Mr Omar had expressed displeasure in Governor Joho after stealing the show at an Iftar dinner organized for NASA leaders.
According to reports, Omar was angry at Joho when he hijacked the dinner turning it to an ODM affair.
The two leaders planned the grand Iftar dinner and even contributed money to cater for the budget.
Mr. Omar is said to have contributed a whopping Sh500,000 but ended up being overpowered by Joho.
The Senator claimed that the dinner was supposed to be for NASA but Joho ’hijacked’it and even advertised it as the Governor’s Iftar dinner.
After learning about this, an angry Omar refused to attend the Iftar dinner and opted to break his fast in Likoni with the locals.

At the same time, Shabhal and Joho have not seen eye to eye as he is seeking to ouster him during the August 8 General Election.
In previous times, the two have exchanged not so kind words in their bid to woo voters to elect them.
Kenyans on social media were impressed by the public display of affection with some highlighting that it was a mature thing for the leaders to cast their differences aside.
