James Orengo Gets New Job 10 Days to Elections
With only 10 days to the General Election James Orengo gets new responsibilities
Mr Orengo was on Friday named the Chief Agent for Presidential and General Election, 10 days to the much-anticipated poll.
The Senator will be deputized by former CORD CEO Norman Magaya.
The Head of Operations and Delivery of the Raila Odinga Campaign Secretariat, Joe Ager, confirmed that the names of the two had already been submitted to the electoral body.
Ager mentioned that the move only relfected how prepared NASA was for the General Election.
“The coalition is ready for the 8th August 2017 elections which NASA expects to win by a large enough margin that it will be futile for Jubilee to try and rig the process,” Ager added.
“I urge all NASA polling agents, constituency polling agents and supporters in general to be prepared to turn out with one accord on 8 August; vote in force, meticulously protect the vote and deliver a resounding victory in order to deliver Kenya from the stifling misrule of Jubilee,” he noted.
