His latest plan, which involves mingling freely with locals at the grassroots level ,has left many talking owing to the fact that he had been allegedly caught making condescending statement towards the low-class.

After the Jubilee primaries, where he lost to Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu, Kabogo seems to have eaten humble pie as those on social media describe his newly acquired technique.

In photos circulating online, Mr. Kabogo is seen talking to hawkers by the roadside.

In another picture, the leader, who is now vying on an independent candidate, was spotted in a matatu talking to passenger, a sight that elicited an array of reactions.

Kabogo is not stopping at that as now his campaign is even moving to eateries (vibandas) popularly used by the not-so-rich.

Nonetheless, Mr. Kabogo is not the only person who has adopted this strategy as emerging reports indicate that Senator Mike Sonkohe is withdrawing his flamboyant campaign strategy and opting for the door-to-door one.
