After being rushed to the hsopital on Sunday evening, NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga has announced....

Odinga was rushed to the hospital when he suddenly fell ill at Moi international airport after attending rallies in Kwale County.

The former prime minister assured his supporters that he was good after the stomach pains disappeared. "I am as fit as a fiddle. I have been discharged to go to Nairobi to continue with my campaigns."I had stomach pains, which have since disappeared after getting treatment," Odinga said while addressing journalists minutes after he was discharged. The Opposition leader will now continue his campaigns in Nairobi.

Odinga was in the company of Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho, NASA co-principals Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula.
