IEBC explains why the presidential results are still increasing

They have finally explained the strange occurrence...

A situation that has puzzled many Kenyans since the electoral commission had already told the public that the votes on their website were the same as what had been keyed on the KIEMS by polling station officers.

The commission has been put to task to explain the strange phenomenon of votes still trickling in when the presidential elect has already be announced. And they have finally explained it though Kenyans don’t believe them.

“The last 41 polling station results trickling in are from gadgets with challenges. They are not new result. We had all in signed hard copies” They tweeted before directing Kenyans to a portal where they could get scanned copies of result forms  “The correct address (URL) for portal bearing scanned copies of result forms is https://forms.iebc.or.ke/”

“They are all aggregated in constituency forms 34B. The hard copies are the basis of the electronic results. ” They went on to add.
