The city MP said he was willing to go any lengths, including sneaking into Uganda to support his friend Bobi Wine.
“I am not allowed to enter Uganda. Museveni says he will cut down my legs but when the politics heats up, I will even wear a hijab or a ninja outfit and sneak into Uganda”.
“I support Bobi Wine. I will make sure he gets the seat and I will even support him financially by doing harambees here in Kenya. Presidents don’t create new presidents and its important we create a rapport with him early because that will ensure,” Owino said.
Last year, Owino said he had received information that Museveni had warned him not to step into Uganda on account of the Embakasi East legislator’s close relationship with Bobi.
