  1. Lesotho Prime Minister Thomas Thabane arrived in the country on November 10, 2019 for a three-day state visit during which he and President Uhuru Kenyatta signed three new deals.  
  2. European Union Ambassador to Kenya Simon Mordue is among the foreign diplomats who were deployed to work in Kenya in 2019 and he presented his credentials in person to President Kenyatta in September 2019.
  3. Botswana President Eric Mokgweetsi Masisi was in Kenya for the first time since he took office in 2018. State House reported that the visit's aim was to enhance bilateral relations.
  4. In early July, South Sudan President Salva Kiir was in Kenya for a two-day visit during which he was accorded a 21-gun salute.
