The family of celebrated musician Emmy Kosgei is back on the limelight after his brother was found guilty of causing death to a man.

The court established that in July 2008, he hit and caused death to a man identified as Andrew Cheruiyot along the Mogotio-Marigat road.

Principal Magistrate Bernard Mararo directed that the money be paid within 10 days to the mother of the deceased Chebet Kotete.
