Male teacher arrested in Kisii for impersonating female student

A teacher from Nyabururu Girls has been arrested after he was caught sitting in for a female student during a chemistry paper at the Sameta examinations centre in Kisii county.

The teacher, Joshua Otoki, was caught red handed when one of the invigilators noticed his answer sheet was carrying a female’s name, Quinter Kerubo. It seems the teacher had received some money to help the lady during the chemistry paper, which is often considered one of the hardest examinations.

Nairobinews reports that the County Criminal Investigation Officer, Justus Burudi, says the police arrested the teacher who will soon be arraigned in court together with the 20 year old he was helping to cheat.

This comes a few days after a KCPE candidate from St Andrews Kaggwa boys primary school in Keroka Nyamira County was arraigned in court after he was caught with pre-answered English examination answer sheet.
