Kenya suffers record high of 10 deaths in the last 24 hours

Kenya has suffered a record high of ten deaths in a period of 24 hours, bringing the total number of fatalities from the coronavirus pandemic to 117.

The country also reported the highest number of coronavirus cases with a daily county of 204 cases out of a sample of 6,024 tests.

The total number of coronavirus cases recorded in Kenya now stands at 4257 with 1459 recoveries.

Health CAS Dr Rashid Aman urged employers to ensur ask their staff and those visiting their premises to observe the containment measures as the economy is continually being reopened.
