Mutua ahead of Wavinya Ndeti in Machakos Gubernatorial Race

It is a tight race in Machakos

Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has taken an early lead against his arch rival Wavinya Ndeti in the County’s Gubernatorial race.

According to preliminary results by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Mr. Mutua has already garnered 84,031 votes against Ndeti’s 69,527.

These are results of 530 polling stations out of 1332.

Others on the race included Jubilee’s Jeremiah Lemi (1956 votes) and Bernand Kiala who has 1317 votes already.
