The generator worth Sh2.5 million was found installed at hotel in the county headquarters of Kathwana which is claimed to be owned by Ragwa.

Police reports indicated that Ragwa had opted to use the machine and another one for private use after they were donated by a non-governmental organization during his reign.

According to a county government technical officer, the other generator was sent to a hospital while the other one that was to be used in the county headquarters went missing without a trace.
